Our unique selection process:

As the UK’s leading specialist in interim management, BIE has brought together the most experienced team of consultants in the country. Unlike headhunters, we as headrenters don’t wait until we have received a brief and then go out to search for suitable candidates. Equally, we don't run a massive database of indiscriminate names and CVs. Rather, our 55 years of combined experience have enabled us to amass an extensive ‘gene-bank’ of personally-vetted, heavyweight interim managers from which we can select the best available candidate for the job quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

We have several hundred pre-selected names to choose from, many of whom work exclusively for BIE. These have been selected as being, in our opinion, the most outstanding executives of the thousands (over 25,000 to be precise) we have met face to face over the years. And it’s an ongoing process: in order to maintain the exceptional standard of our gene-bank we continue to interview many new potential interim managers every week.

However, taking into account all the relevant constraints involved in filling a brief (not least the time factor), we predict there will generally only be 2 or 3 suitable and available candidates for any one assignment. Our skill lies in using our extensive combined experience and precise knowledge of your requirements to accurately find those people in the minimum amount of time.
