Jonathan Wright - CEO
Jonathan has over 20 years experience of working in the Human Capital Services sector. He co-founded TSI Group Limited, an executive search firm, in 1986 before working for 3i Group Plc investment companies between 1990 and 1993. He joined Alexander Mann Group Limited as Managing Director in 1993 and was responsible for developing joint venture businesses in the UK, Netherlands and Hong Kong and acquisitions in UK, Italy and Spain. During Jonathan's tenure, Alexander Mann grew its business from a turnover of £1.25m to £104m and pre-tax profits from £0.1m to £5.4m. During this time Alexander Mann's business model was changed from that of a conventional recruitment services business into a leading recruitment process outsourcer. In 1999 Jonathan led the sale of a significant minority stake to a private equity house, Advent International, for £25m. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO at Hexagon Human Capital, Jonathan is a non-executive director of Spring plc, an IT staffing company.
Carl Thompson - CFO
Carl Thompson joined the Hexagon board in January 2005 having spent the majority of his recent career in senior finance roles in the IT consultancy and services industry. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1986 and spent his early career in various roles with ICL Fujitsu, reaching the position of Finance Director for the European software and services business, which had a turnover of £500m across eight countries. From 2000 to 2001 he was Finance Director of the quoted (now AIM) international electronics company Densitron plc where he completed a £14m rights issue for investment in production facilities in China. From 2002 to 2004 he was with Mission Testing plc, an AIM quoted software testing consultancy. The business grew from £6m to £17m revenues in that period and was acquired by The Capita Group plc in 2003, at which point he moved from Finance Director to Managing Director.

Archer Mathieson specialise in supporting the Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain and Procurement functions with senior level executive search and interim management services.
